Betting systems– A strategy of wining.

Bet is a wager in gambling. Gambling or betting is the real pastime for many people. There are number of people who make their living from betting. It is structured method which helps you make profits. A research or statistical analysis is done on a database of particular event or sports to create betting systems. Rules’ pertaining to betting systems varies from game to game.

Three categories of betting systems:

There are three different categories of betting system as listed below:
1) Positive progressive betting, 2) Negative progressive betting and 3) Insurance betting systems

In Positive progressive betting your bet is increased every time you win. In Negative progressive betting your bet is increased each time you lose. And in Insurance betting system, amount of your bet is decreased when you win. The first one is very popular and very less capital is required to start with. Second one requires more capital and is used to reverse loosing tendency streak. And the last category is the safest of all betting systems.

Martingale system: It is one of the oldest strategies in betting systems. In martingale if you win you can alter your money, however if you loose you will have to double your bet. And hence martingale requires huge capital for investment. But if you win all your loss will be recovered with surplus in hand. Martingale falls under negative progressive betting category of betting systems.

Parlay system: It is mostly used in horse betting. Win from one bet is taken and invested in other following bets. It falls under positive progressive betting category of betting systems and hence regarded reasonably safe to the betters.

D’Alembert system: This system comes under positive progressive system category of betting systems as well. It has similarity with martingale. In the event of loss your bet will be doubled, unlike Martingale it has the option of decreasing the bet if you win. Its little safer when compared to Martingale system.

Paroli system: The Paroli system is exactly opposite of the Martingale system: in Paroli if you win, you increase your bet. The Paroli system enhances your winning and no capital investment is required as well. It is one of the safest betting systems available for betters; especially beginners.

1-3-2-6 system: The 1-3-2-6 system is a positive progression system where you should be able to win four games in a row. If bets are rated on a scale of one to six units, where six being the highest bet, your first bet should be of 1 unit, the second one of 3 units, the third one of 2 units, and the fourth should be 6 units. Mathematics is involved here. It offers insurance by changing the bets every time and takes money away when you win. Winning all four games will increase you capital; however probability of loosing all four of them is always there
